Act II Post

Today we finished reading act 2 in class. It was very interesting. Nora continues to be more and more slick. She still hasn't told her husband the secret yet. There is something suppressing her from doing so. Shes knows what kind of consequences she'll have to face. Now it seems like Mrs. Linde is turning into a hypocrite. Why would she betray her own friend like that? You told her you would do something but when the situation is right in front of you, you change in the split of a second. This isn't fair to Nora. Mrs. Linde pretty much just lied to her face. The story is filled with liars and backstabbers. Who will be betrayed next??

  1. You are definitely right nessa when you say that this play has alot of lies and betrayal in it. I agree that Mrs Linde is a backstabber because now that she is left alone she has to fight for herself. She thinks less of Nora because she hasn't had any troubles in her life. Due to lies, Nora's marriage is slowly crumbing because she betrays her husband.

  2. I agree I don't think Ms. Linde was right going behide her back and talking to Krogstad. But maybe she is trying to be slick and distract krogstad. We'll just have to find out.
